Each session is 1.5hrs and we'll begin with a deep-dive into the particular setbacks you've been experiencing in your soloing in the context of the songs or material you're currently working on.

Following this, we'll work out a specific strategy, including exercises, technique, and structured practice sessions, to get you moving towards your goals quickly, whether that be playing jam sessions, gigging, jamming with friends, or just playing along with your favourite records!

The material you'll end up with will be designed to last you for 1-2 months of practice, and you can follow up with me with any questions you might have over the weeks following our session.

Yes, you can! 

Each session is designed to give you a practice strategy for 1-2 months, including the tools and exercises you need to move forward with your playing quickly.

If after several weeks of practicing the concepts you feel like you've absorbed the material we've worked on, you can absolutely book another session directly with me.

Because of limited availability, I don't cancel sessions outright or offer refunds, but you're welcome to reschedule our booking up to 48hrs in advance.

At the beginning of our session, we'll discuss your background and the frustrations you're encountering with improvising (make sure to list these frustrations in the form above, so I can prepare some specific exercises for us!). 

Together we'll create an action plan to tackle these frustrations in the context of a particular song you're working on or a specific chord progression. At the end of our session you will have a clear practice schedule for the following 4-8 weeks with specific exercises that will get you soloing with confidence over your favourite tunes.
